over charger for the worst hair cut my child or any one in my household has ever received. from the time we walked we felt like the stylist did not want to cut any of or hair and when they found out it was two kid cuts our suspicions were confirmed. the first cut is mediocre at best and the second was the worst. I guess when it's closing time you just take the cape off and say thats good. we should have walked out the door when no one greeted us but instead gave us an eat s#@* look and went back to cutting the hair of the persons in the chair. the worst cut is so bad it will probably take a buzz cut to fix it.

I came in for a cut Saturday Jan 16th for the first time in several months thanks to covid. I asked the stylist to get my bangs out of my eyes and find the back of my neck. I woke up this morning to my eye getting poked by hair. Fine service. Incompetent people. I will NOT come back

Sports clips Hixson has been going down hill for a while. I have been a regular customer since the store opened several years ago but I will be looking for somewhere else in the future. Saturday 1/10/21 I checked in online with a stylist and was given a 29 minute wait time with an arrival time of 1231. Got there 5 minutes early and I see on their screen I still had a 28 minute wait time and a person who was below me in the list had a 3 minute wait time. This is after I had waited to arrive at my confirmed arrival time. They took my name told me to have a seat someone would be right with me. The the called the guy that was below me in the list for the stylist I was scheduled with. Took his temperature and he had a fever. They allowed him to go outside where the temperature was 34 degrees and stand for a couple of minutes and when he walked in they immediately took his temperature again. I guess the cold weather dropped it and they took him back. This store seems to have trouble keeping stylist.
