"Average wait time? Forever.. well it seems like it. Online check in can let you wait at home, or while shopping.. but you're still waiting. Of course, nothing is nicer than waiting in store for an hour, then having some twenty something hipster bop in and get their haircut before you.
Why is the wait so long? Are the haircuts that good? Is there a huge demand for haircuts in Hixson, and not enough places to get the hair cut?
NO.
its because the store is poorely managed and chronically understaffed. I have walked out twice, after waiting for more than 45 minutes. Both times there were less than three names on the board, but only two stylist working. One one of which must have been due for a break.
Only one stylist that is currently on the payroll (assuming she hasnt quit, they do have a revolving door it seems) that you can get a consistently good haircut from, and that is Scotland. She can cut and style well. Her haircuts are consistent, so you know what you arw getting when you are lucky enough to catch her there.
The other ladies can do great haircuts too.. sometimes. But you never know what you will get, or who you will get it from.
As much as i think Scotland has given me the best haircuts i have had in recent memory, i will not be using Sports Clips again. No matter how many email coupons they send me.
Ive walked out twice from waiting, there wont be a third."
